**Broadcast Graphics Specialist**

Broadcast Graphics Specialist is a crucial part to our success in the broadcast environment. They must be a problem solver, a team player and a good communicator, all whilst working under pressure and with quick project turnarounds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in technology design, installation, and integration projects in a broadcast IP and IT centric environment. This includes broadcast and server-based systems, data networking (e.g., routers, switches) and other comparable equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for critical/on-air production systems.
- Ability to back-up or assist clients for non-critical systems and IT/PC gear, including installation, problem correction, removal/replacement, and other tasks as necessary to ensure continuation of client’s on-air transmission.
- Develop and maintain Girraphic equipment including servers, laptops, cameras, tracking systems, etc.
- Able to perform basic PC configuration, install GPU, memory, hard drive, video cards, etc. and perform basic network configuration
- Able to guide clients in what technologies would best suit their needs for unique projects
- Understanding of Augmented and Virtual Graphic technologies, including camera tracking hardware & software set up and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in the world of Virtual Production (think Mandolorian, not Zoom conferences)
- Provide operational and technical support to clients both virtually and on-site.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with all relevant clients involved in the production pipeline from creation to playout, both internally and with third party suppliers.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of all aspects of television production and working within a live production environment.
- Work collaboratively with and support the needs of Girraphic’s global teams to achieve product development goals.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Engineering Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences, IT, or similar
- Experience working in real-time or virtual environments
- Experience setting up and calibrating camera tracking equipment
- Willing work beyond normal business hours
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Must have a passport

**Salary**: $58,712.73 - $111,441.88 per year
