An exciting opportunity has become available within our Sheridan Ecommerce team for an Ecommerce Coordinator This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative team within a successful Australian Retailer.

Your new role at Sheridan..
- Managing product and promotional set up and catalogues across all Sheridan brands and websites.
- Manage site content structure and navigation to improve customer journey and experience
- Complete testing and Quality Assurance of all digital content produced
- Liaising with various internal departments including marketing and IT to develop website content, improvements, and promotional activities.
- Liaising with development team for digital project launches.
- Creating new website pages, projects, and maintaining existing websites.
- Proactively developing and implementing ideas for conversion rate optimisation and improving customer journeys
- Using Google analytics and other reporting tools to analyse and optimise website performance.

What experience you can bring to us?
- Relevant experience in a similar ecommerce role focusing on managing content for websites
- Understanding & HTML/CSS
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems (CMS Systems)
- High attention to detail and intermediate Excel skills
- Understanding of SEO principles in relation to content management (desirable)
- Experience in using Google Analytics to derive insights and drive content decisions (desirable)
- Experience with or a keen interest in identifying opportunities for developing customer journeys and improving online experiences
