Your responsibilities:

- E-commerce Operations: Assist in managing product listings.
- Website Management: Assist in updating and developing website content, including banners, promotions, and product pages.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and rectify any issues.
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on e-commerce platforms.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analysing data related to website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behaviour.
- Generate reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, discounts, and special offers.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align promotions with business objectives.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the e-commerce and marketing teams.

Who we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 1+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CMS.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; graphic design skills a plus.
- Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Proficiency in Korean (speaking and writing) preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
