**THE POSITION**:
Wilson Security requires a Loading Dock Security Guard

This unique role requires you to work in fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats.

The roster is Monday to Friday 10.00am - 6.00pm.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as the primary response to any security related incidents and escalate matters to Management
- Concierge duties such as greeting and directing clients
- Provide excellent customer service
- Administration of the site Access Control including managing access cards
- Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public
- Monitor Access control, alarm control and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents
- Conduct internal area safety and security patrols
- Risk identification, incident response and issue resolution
- Maintain electronic site log books and complete initial security reports as required
- Observe, practice and implement OHS practices

**REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS**:

- **Current Victorian Security Licence with Control Room endorsement**:

- Current First Aid Certificate
- Full, unlimited Right-To-Work in Australia
- Experience in a similar role is highly regarded*
- Customer Service experience a must
- Professional presentation and grooming
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically fit
- Understanding of Microsoft office* highly regarded* and experience with induction software (Sassi/Sign/Rapid Access)
- **Access control systems experience a MUST**
