**A snippet about the role**

Your laser focus in depth analysis of requirements, test scope, approach and planning. You love to create test strategies, test plans, test summary reports, leading through the test execution, analysing test results and test delivery basically all the testing Your love language is structured testing and thrive on getting an in dept understanding of testing concepts. continuous improvement comes as second nature to you.

You will be part of a cross functional software delivery team and collaborating with software engineers, business analyst and project managers to achieve the optimal outcome.

**Skills we are on the hunt for**
- Hands on experience in software testing.
- Knows how to lead a team to drive the test objectives and deliverables.
- Structured test process, performing system and system integration testing.
- Coordinating and managing UAT/IWT/External Testing
- Writing test cases for different phases of testing
- Creating and maintaining test artefacts like test strategy, test plan, test summary
- Worked as part of an agile, cross-functional team
- Exposure to status reporting. Create reports on system quality, functional coverage, defect trends
- Risk management framework
- Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence
- Leading the project test delivery working with cross functional team
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Successful transformation, optimisation and improvement of testing and quality engineering methodologies
