Due to an internal promotion within our **Rail Division **, we are currently seeking a **Rail Supervisor **to join our highly experienced and dedicated team. You will coordinate and supervise personnel for the smooth day to day operation of the rail business which operates primarily across New South Wales.

**To be considered for this role you will at a minimum have**:

- Demonstrated rail experience in a supervisory position
- The ability to lead a strong team and work well as part of a team
- Track Certification qualifications
- Experience in rail adjusting, turn out construction and track re-cons
- A Rail Industry Worker Card A strong safety awareness with an enthusiastic attitude with regards to promoting safety initiatives throughout the team

Due to the nature of the role, you must have the ability to work away from home and have your own transport. As this role is based out of Mt Thorley, if you do not live within the local area, you will be required to relocate prior to commencing in the role.
