Join a dynamic team. We are currently seeking a talented Financial Planning Analyst to join the team in the Brisbane CBD head office, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. In this crucial role, you will:

- Shape the company's future by supporting major corporate decisions through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Provide comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate the company's progress towards its goals.
- Assess business trends, review past performance, and anticipate potential challenges to forecast future financial results.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts for the company's operations.
- Supporting project tendering and estimating efforts.
- Collaborating with departments to prepare and consolidate budgets and forecasts.
- Creating internal and external reports for executive leadership, the Board, and market release.
- Conducting variance analysis and presenting insights to support decision-making.
- Exploring growth opportunities and mapping out capital expenditure plans.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

- A relevant accounting or finance qualification or equivalent (CA, CPA, or CFA) and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- A strong understanding of accounting standards and capital management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with integrated ERP systems (e.g., Greentree).
