**Your new role**
As the Financial Analyst, you will act as business partner to assist the leadership team in enabling decision making, driving efficiencies and KPIs. Duties will include:

- Prepare the company's annual budget as well as monthly/quarterly forecasts, primarily by working closely with functional leads. This includes creating budget tools, establishing processes, and meetings to ensure that all budgets are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Lead monthly performance review and analysis, identify variations from budget plan and provide insight rational to management enabling risk & opportunity management.
- Working capital and Cash flow analysis and forecasting
- Lead automation and centralised/ standardise reporting agendas for APAC region

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevant field. Previous experience in financial analysis, business finance or projection finance will lead to your success in this role. Previous experience in SAP or Oracle ERP systems will be advantageous. You will posses strong analytical and interpersonal skills, excellent time management and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. You will be a quick learner, curious for new ideas and have a proactive attitude to work.
