As a Barista at Piccolo Me, you will be the heart of our café. You’ll be responsible for creating exceptional coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our workspace. If you're a coffee enthusiast who loves engaging with people and has an eye for detail, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, etc.) with precision and care.
- Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for all customers, taking orders and making recommendations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring all machines are functioning properly.
- Uphold Piccolo Me’s standards of customer service, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in learning about different coffee styles and brewing methods.
- Previous barista experience is a must.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing the best coffee experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
