**What impact will you have?**
As a Project Coordinator within the Group Data Office of our Commodities & Global Markets Division, you will partner with project team members to ensure we meet our data retention & enterprise data management obligations.
This role offers diversity, as you will also assist in delivering the associated program of change to support the group’s strategy, drive employee and stakeholder engagement and promote a shared understanding of the importance of initiatives across the group data office.

**What skills will you use?**
You are a natural collaborator, with proven ability to build relationships at all levels and support others to complement the existing team and business. Needless to say, you have excellent written communications skills, with an intuitive and innovative approach to your work. Being tertiary qualified, you will have similar experience in a change management or enterprise data management role, a proven track record of exceptional influencing and the ability to present ideas and insights through storytelling.
Working with the senior leaders in the Commodities and Global Markets division and wider Macquarie business, your day to day responsibilities in your role will include:
- Supporting the project manager & stakeholders in the daily execution of project delivery
- Providing support to project managers and business leaders in conducting change impact analysis on current/future processes and controls
- Providing visibility to blockers/risks and assisting with eliminating them
- Building a collaborative and constructive relationship with business teams
- Helping teams achieve project goals while being aware of and sensitive to the overall business goals
- Impacting the rollout of BAU operating models across EDM initiatives
- Collaborating and taking part in our change management network, sharing good practices and learnings and building change capability within the Group
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience delivering a business process transformation project, ideally within the Financial services sector. You will have sound knowledge, understanding and experience in data governance, records and information management. Experience in financial regulatory reporting highly regarded.
