We are currently recruiting for ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION TEAM MEMBERS who are passionate about the environment. The role will include all aspects of on-ground ecological restoration.

Locations - TEC is looking to employ:

- Team Leader (Site Supervisor) to work in the Central Coast (Newcastle) area - Full-time Position
- 2ICs to work in the Sydney & Central Coast areas - Full-time Position
- Trained Ecological Restoration staff (Bush Regenerators) to work in the Sydney & Central Coast areas - Casual Position

Skills and Experience
- Team Leader (Site Supervisor) - a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a TEAM LEADER/Site Supervisor in ecological restoration, revegetation and weed management approaches and practices.
- 2IC - demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the Ecological Restoration, Bush Regeneration, or related industries
- Bush Regenerators - Good Plant ID and Bush Regeneration skills;
- Must be physically fit;
- Reliability and punctuality
- High level of communication

Qualification/Licences

Essential:

- Enrolled or Completed - Certificate in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent
- Chemical handlers’ certificate (AQF3) advantageous
- White card
- Current drivers’ licence (preferable manual) and own transport

Desirable
- Degree/Diploma in environmental related discipline
- Chainsaw training and experience

**Salary**: $46,319.00 - $76,428.00 per year
