This dynamic role blends creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to manage social media, execute digital campaigns, create engaging content, and align local marketing initiatives with global strategies. Onitsuka Tiger is seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow into the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. As part of Onitsuka Tiger Oceania, under ASICS Oceania, this role supports our mission to shape Onitsuka Tiger’s digital footprint in Oceania. Join us and make your mark **So, what goes into making that happen?** - Understand and align with global social content calendars and execution strategies. - Develop and maintain the content calendar for Australia. - Schedule and execute content across all Onitsuka Tiger social media channels. - Collaborate with the customer service team to manage inquiries from followers across all platforms. - Work with the Ecommerce team to integrate social content with Ecommerce launches. - Identify and connect with social media influencers. - Collaborate with the Onitsuka Tiger Country Manager and Global Marketing team to create seasonal digital activity calendars. - Stay up to date on global content and timelines, aligning local activities accordingly. - Create proposals in line with global templates and execute campaigns to brand standards. - Liaise with the Onitsuka Tiger agency to refine digital campaigns, define audiences, and ensure activities stay within budget. - Review performance reports and ensure targets/objectives are met. - Provide recommendations to enhance digital media performance and increase Ecommerce conversion rates. - Ideate, create, and blast three EDMs per week. - Grow, develop, and maintain the customer database in line with the brand communication strategy. - Use data-driven insights to propose best practices and improve efficiencies. - Demonstrate strong copywriting and graphic design skills for EDM creation. - Develop automated journeys with a focus on database segmentation. - Campaign reporting and analysis. - Drive the digital strategy in collaboration with Onitsuka Tiger Headquarters and the local Ecommerce Specialist to enhance brand awareness, traffic, and conversion on the Ecommerce platform. - Execute digital marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales targets, focusing on driving sales, traffic, and conversion for the online channel. - Align local strategies with global initiatives by working closely with the global team **In return, we offer**: - A permanent full-time opportunity with a market leading global brand - Salary + bonuses + 17.5% annual leave loading + paid parental leave - Flexible hybrid work options using a ‘moments that matter’ way of working - Generous staff discount - 25% off wholesale - A collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture with career growth opportunities - We love promoting from within - Opportunities to give back through community and team events **That’s enough about us Here’s what we hope to see from you**: - Minimum 5 years of experience in online/digital marketing for luxury or premium fashion brands. - Social media management experience, specifically for luxury or premium brands on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. - Proven experience in creating EDMs from scratch, with proficiency in using Adobe products (PS, AI etc.) and copywriting - Familiarity with Google Analytics & understanding of digital languages such as HTML, PHP or Java and more - Proven track record in managing digital projects from planning and managing digital projects from beginning to completion - Experience identifying business opportunities and driving them in alignment with the brand's image and goals - Experience partnering with wholesale partners to drive on-brand customer experiences and activities - Thorough understanding of marketing metrics with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through digital platforms - Experience managing budgets effectively Onitsuka Tiger was born in 1949 as a sports shoe brand.
