As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring an incredible customer service experience, through our contact channels, generating quick and assertive solutions to our customers' needs, providing an end-to-end engagement process, strongly impacting customer satisfaction and revenue growth **In this role, you will** - Responsible for assisting our customers with all requests related to a service, product queries, questions and opportunities. - Ensure customer a high level of satisfaction through end-to-end follow-up of requests, making contacts with related areas when necessary to resolve the customer query. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to support consumers, dentists, and orthodontists. - Problem Solve, with the ability to resolve challenges swiftly and efficiently by identifying the root cause. - Ensure each customer interaction is accurately documented in our Customer Relationship System through generating a task for assignments, follow ups, notes, or upon resolution of an engagement. - Research information to answer enquiries from customers and share learning with departmental peers and management. - Develop comprehensive knowledge of Invisalign and iTero products and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. - Identify potential cross-sell opportunities and forward them to the appropriate member of the sales team. - Active contributor to team goals, demonstrating a willingness to assist where required to ensure the customer expectations are achieved or exceeded during all interactions with the business **In this role, you’ll need ** - At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, customer support or customer experience roles; preferably in the healthcare or technology sector. - Passion for offering a unique customer service experience. - Provide a premium customer care offering through building trust, rapport, and empathy. - Ability to identify customer-focused solutions, prioritizing customer needs and working to delivery solution-based assistance - Excellent organisational and time management capabilities. - Persuasive and confident speaker, clear communicator with active listening skills. - Affinity with technology, agile thinking and ability to always be learning. - Digitally savvy with good working knowledge of CRM Systems, MS Office Suite, which includes Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, One Drive and SharePoint. **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
