**About the role at Openspace**

Customer Support Representatives are experts in front-line customer support. As a Customer Support Representative, you are expected to have an intensely strong work ethic, positive demeanor, and strong organizational skills. You’ll listen, guide, train and support our customers to the best possible outcome quickly with every interaction.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a strong customer and revenue base to build a world-class community of next-generation construction leaders. We have a great story to tell, our customers are changing how the world is built, and we need you to help get the word out. This role is a remote role and will be working the hours of 9am-6pm local time.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building and Management - Develop, maintain, and prioritize relationships with key stakeholders to achieve specific goals
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions

**Strengths**
- Service orientation - Actively seeks and develops strategies to help key stakeholders
- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
