Job Description
NCS is significantly expanding its capabilities in intelligent automation and digital transformation. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Consultant to join our rapidly growing Power Platform and AI Solutions team.
In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of sophisticated, end-to-end solutions for both our new and existing enterprise customers. This is an exciting opportunity to apply deep technical expertise to solve complex business problems, leveraging the full stack of the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power Platform and AI solutions.
- Facilitate and run scoping and discovery workshops to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered.
- Shape and lead all ongoing planning, design and technical conversations with our customers.
- Craft technical visions by mapping requirements to technical capabilities and translate into functional designs and technical specifications.
- Creation of solution design and as-built documentation for sign-off and ensuring quality future-proofed solutions.
- Lead technical resources for both onshore and offshore squad teams on Power Platform engagements, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Assist in Pre-sales engagements, create estimates and designs for bespoke solutions, and develop go-to-market offering.
- Work with the PM to plan and coordinate project sprints and development efforts across the dev team.
- Facilitate product demo's and training sessions.
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
- Coordinate testing, deployments and production support, as well as troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
- Perform any other duties, tasks or projects may be assigned and demonstrate commitment and behaviours consistent with NCS values.
Key Challenges
- Ability to work within a newly created practice as internal processes and frameworks are defined.
- Ability to be a mentor project team members while juggling customer and internal demands.
- Able to prioritise a variety of tasks across multiple clients and delivery tasks
- Travel flexibility to go meet and work with on delivering solutions to our customers
Qualifications
Experience
- A strong track record in delivering quality Power Platform outcomes with demonstrable project success within large scale, enterprise-level IT projects, end-to-end
- Strong Power Apps background and experience
- Highly developed written communication ability, including production of high-quality technical artefacts and presales contributions (proposals, presentations, SOWs) writing requirements, configuration, testing and deployment documents
- Expert organisational skills; experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task and always work with a client-focused approach
- Experience developing bespoke Power Platform offerings and associated go to market plans
- Experience working within an agile delivery framework

Qualifications
- IT Degree or equivalent in employment experience
- Microsoft certified in D365/Power Platform
