Pacific English Study, a highly regarded English language school in Surfers Paradise, is seeking a dynamic and experienced **International Education Marketing Coordinator** to drive student recruitment from **Latin America and Europe**. You’ll be part of a vibrant, multicultural team committed to delivering outstanding international student experiences in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, student needs, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, international events, and advertising initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and optimise marketing performance.
- Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing efforts.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and course information.
- Manage and enhance the college’s online presence and reputation.
- Liaise with existing education partners in Australia and overseas.
- Identify and build relationships with new education partner leads.
- Drive **target
- and KPI-based student recruitment** initiatives.
- Review and improve existing marketing practices.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with **National Standards** and **school policies**.
- Carry out additional duties as required by management.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations** (4 years).
- **Diploma in Social Media Marketing**.
- **Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Communication**.
- **Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English** (spoken and written).
- **Minimum 3 years’ experience in the international education industry**, including:

- Previous work in an **international education agency**.
- Proven success in marketing and recruiting international students.
- **Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience**, preferably within a **vocational or international education institution**.
- Established **network of education agents and stakeholders** in the LATAM and EU regions.
- Strong background in **sales and/or marketing**, with a **hands-on, proactive approach**.
- Strong knowledge of the **Australian international student market** and the **ESOS Act**.
- Demonstrated ability to work **independently** and **collaboratively** in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent **copywriting**, **communication**, and **networking** skills.
- Ability to build supportive relationships with students from **diverse cultural backgrounds**.
- Strong **interpersonal and negotiation skills**.
