**Full-time, Permanent role working Hybrid** from CoINVESTs East Melbourne Office and remotely.
**The Role**:
The
**Employer Obligations Lead **will mentor and lead a team of up to 15 consultants supporting employer members in matters relating to a late stage debt engagement, managing external service providers in relation to debt recovery, the production and follow up of "notices to produce" under Construction Industry Long Service Act (CILSL Act) and to support prosecution activity.
This role is responsible for leading key scheme enforcement programs and activities that underpin the effective adherence by employers with their obligations under the CILSL Act.
You are a values driven leader with strong skills in stakeholder management and quality and risk analysis. Critical to your success of this role will be your commitment to the development of those around you, ability to deliver scheme compliance campaigns and passionate advocacy for the member.
**This new Employer Obligations Lead role requires an individual who can**:
- Lead our Arrears and Enforcement teams instilling a high-performance collaborative culture.
- Implement employer-facing campaigns targeting improved return and payment compliance.
- Manage the effective preparation of legal briefs, instructions, and support for CoINVEST’s external legal provider in relation escalated debt recovery matters.
- Engage legal stakeholders to manage identified risks with any planned or active legal action.
- Deliver performance related reporting and insights on the effectiveness of compliance activities.
- Substantially contribute to solution creation initiatives to effectively progress strategic initiatives.
