This exciting opportunity will suit an experienced debt collector who has a strong understanding of compliance and enforcement, thrives on coaching others, and is passionate about improving operational outcomes.
Reporting to the Team Leader - Employer Obligations, this position acts as the primary operational support to the Team Leader and serves as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex cases, queries and complaints.
Responsibilities- Coach and support team members to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes
- Act as first point of contact for complex escalations and stakeholder queries
- Lead the case management of debt recovery matters and support third-party agency activities
- Deliver training, support quality audits and help uplift team capability
- Collaborate across the business and influence continuous improvement in systems, processes and service delivery
- Experienced in compliance, enforcement or debt recovery
- A natural coach with strong mentoring and people development skills
- A confident communicator who can lead complex conversations and drive action
- Organised, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering great outcomes for members
