This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within the changing Energy Sector. We offer a competitive remuneration package of $75,000-$80,000 + superannuation, plus;
- Performance bonus eligibility of up to 15%
- Flexible and remote work arrangements including regular work from home
- Fifteen (15) days personal/carers leave per year
- Sixteen (16) weeks paid parental leave for the primary carer
- Four (4) weeks paid parental leave for the secondary carer
- Additional paid leave for office closure (1 day)

**The Opportunity**:
An opportunity arises for a dynamic and diligent Accounting Officer to join our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Team within Finance. This role would be suitable for someone willing to learn varied systems and accounting processes whilst focusing on the core transactional processes that are integral to our business. They spend their days ensuring the efficient coordination of:

- The ElectraNet credit card function
- Concur Expense System
- Supporting the accounts receivable process
- Assisting with treasury back-office activities

**About You**:
As an experienced Finance professional, you are self-motivated and engaging. You have a strong track record of providing transactional accounting support to internal and external stakeholders. Your accounting excellence, attention to details and high level of initiative and ability to build strong relationships across broad internal and external stakeholder groups allow you to complete tasks efficiently and on-time. Ideally, you will have:

- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
- Good communication skills and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working within strict timelines
- Advanced MS Excel
- Experience in SAP or Concur (desirable)

Working as part of the Procure-to-Pay function (P2P), the role requires an individual who is driven to develop not only the accounting processes but work within the team to ensure all functions complement one another, providing back up support to the other positions when needed.
