Located in Toowoomba, **Salem Northridge** is our delightful residential aged care facility located just minutes from Toowoomba’s town centre and has a welcoming Community.

Lutheran Services is a not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the people and communities of Queensland since 1935. We provide quality, contemporary care and support for people of all backgrounds, at more than 20 locations throughout Queensland.

We are excited to offer positions for Personal Carers to join our great time who make a difference in the day to day lives of our residents. As you get to know the residents and provide care and support for their personal, social and daily needs, you will work as part of a bigger team of kitchen, cleaning and qualified nursing staff to provide an experience that is warm and safe for the elderly people who live there.

You might be experienced already in aged care, or maybe you are just thinking about starting this type of work. We want people with the right attitude - and we will provide training if you are not already qualified.

Careful - you will follow the rules to ensure no harm

Cooperative - you always pitch in and help the team.

Our Personal Carers must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends.
