**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Arrange and facilitate productive business meetings and build lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- **Service Agreements and Compliance**: Prepare meticulous service agreements, ensuring compliance and maintain accurate records of service agreements and track revenue growth.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and maintain client budgets for cost-effectiveness and coordinate billing and invoicing processes, providing transparent financial reporting.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality and Safeguards Commission standards and respond effectively to inquiries and audits, demonstrating commitment to compliance.
- **Participant Support and Engagement**: Provide reliable feedback and ongoing support to participants and cultivate a participant-focused approach, responding promptly to inquiries.
- **Continuous Improvement and Updates**: Drive updates to the business plan, considering industry trends and proactively identify areas for improvement, proposing initiatives.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Current WWCC, Criminal Record Check, and First Aid Certificate.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Sciences, or Humanities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

**Experience**:

- Case Management Experience: Navigate complex support plans and liaise with stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with aged care regulations, trends, and best practices.

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric approach and cultural sensitivity.
- Technology proficiency and regulatory knowledge.
