Kaptans Restaurant at Hotel Pension Grimus is one of Mt Buller's most famous venues, featuring traditional European alpine ambience, with wood carvings and artefacts depicting Mt Buller’s and the hotel’s history. Family-owned and operated since 1973 you could join our team and be immersed in the unique experience of this iconic hotel.

**FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS**

Kaptans is renowned for providing a consistently outstanding menu featuring innovative Australian cuisine with a twist on old favourites and some classic Austrian specialties, as well as competent, friendly front of house service.

We are looking for Food & Beverage attendants fully experienced in a-la-carte service, are well-groomed, motivated, have a great attitude and a passion for delivering excellent levels of customer service. Applicants should also have a good attention to detail, be willing to work as part of a team or individually, and able to work under pressure in a busy environment.

A current Victorian RSA certificate is mandatory.

Applicants must be available for the entire winter ski season and be willing to work 42-48 hours over a 6 day week with some split shifts. We offer above Award wages, including shift penalties, overtime & superannuation. Discounted on mountain share staff accommodation with all meals available.
