Tirol would have to be Buller’s most loved and Iconic venue. Who doesn’t know Jimmy? Tirol Lodge is a busy café & restaurant, operating in line with the Shakey Knees Chair. A traditional Italian style menu with a few twists, it has a truly European heart and can transport you to your favourite Alps memory in a flash. Amazing views, amazing food and beverages, some things should never change. **WHO WE ARE** Buller Hospitality employs a whopping 100+ seasonal staff over winter. That team works across 9 locations, consisting of 12 varying styles of venues. We know how to serve food in a big way Have a cheeky stalk of the linked socials below. **On mountain venues**: - ABOM - Abom Bistro - Abom Food Hall - Moguls Cafe - Moosehead Bar - Spurs Restaurant - Tirol Cafe and Restaurant - Bull Run Cantina - Celia's Cafe - Planks on snow van - TBJ Cafe (Mount Stirling) **Off mountain venues**: - Mirimbah Store (Mirimbah) - Merrijg Motor Inn (Merrijig) - Hunt Club (Merrijig) We live by this simple definition. “Hospitality is the friendly reception and treatment of guests” **Let’s talk about the role.** As a Food & Beverage Attendant, it is your job to ensure that all resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage experience possible by providing exceptional customer service skills, a clean and safe environment, and effective cash management. This position encompasses the below roles. - Barista - Floor Staff - General food and beverage **This position is available at**: - Tirol **About you** - Time management and organisational skills - Ability to spot, solve and prioritise tasks - Good Communication - Willingness to learn new skills And of course - Stoked about doing a snow season **What experience do you need?** - Previous Hospitality experience an advantage - Barista, cocktail and section waiting experience highly regarded - Valid Victorian RSA Certificate required **But wait there’s more** Benefits, benefits, benefits.
