**An exciting opportunity exists within the Speech Pathology & Audiology teams for a Clinic Administration Officer to join us on an ongoing basis, working in a part-time capacity.**

As a Clinic Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services. Your responsibilities will include providing efficient administrative support, managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication between healthcare professionals and patients.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Office Manager this role is responsible for ensuring the provision of effective Speech Pathology & Audiology office administration. Duties for the role will include:

- Having an extensive knowledge of office policies and procedures, to be able to respond and handle enquiries in an appropriate manner.
- Undertaking reception duties and coordination of booking appointments in liaison with Speech Pathologists and Audiologists to provide an effective and efficient administration service to staff.
- Co-ordination of Speech Pathology & Audiology meetings, booking meeting rooms and audiology booths for students and staff as directed.

**About you**:

- Word processing/IT and computing skills.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, use initiative in problem solving, and to prioritize workload.
- Effective communication skills to support patients with communication and hearing impairments.
