We currently have an opportunity for a **Billing and Reporting Coordinator**. Join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and play a key role in ensuring accurate reporting, system support, and operational efficiency that directly contribute to contract performance and informed decision-making across the organisation. Reporting to the claims manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

**What You’ll Do**

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

- Support the Claims Manager by developing, analysing, and reporting contract-related data using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other reporting systems.
- Provide high-quality customer service and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all enquiries and communications are handled efficiently.
- Deliver operational and systems support, including rollout and troubleshooting for platforms like MyWork and the Works Management System (WMS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards while actively contributing to Zero Harm and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate across teams to identify efficiencies, enhance data reporting capabilities, and maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports for senior management.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Qualifications in a quantitative or analytical discipline such as data science, statistics, or business analytics.
- Proven experience in developing Power BI reports and working with large, complex datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong capability in data analysis and visualisation.
- The skills to independently investigate and resolve data discrepancies.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in an easy-to-understand way.
