**Your Role**

As a Community Engagement Mentor, you will:

✨ Create opportunities for valued roles and champion choice and control

✨ Act with intention to drive positive change in the community

**Who You Are**:
Have a passion for community connection and building strong, supportive networks

Are committed to working alongside individuals to achieve their goals with demonstrated outcomes and reliability

Possess excellent communication skills and a supportive, non-judgmental approach

Great communicator, able to engage with participants and work collaboratively in a team.

Compassionate and dedicated to making a difference in mental health and disability support.

Experienced in supporting people with complex needs (Cert IV in Mental Health, Disability, or related field desirable).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $45.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 21 per week
