**What success looks like in this role**:
**_Description_**_
Requirements_**
- _ 6 - 10 years’ experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena _
- _6 - 10 years’ experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks_
- _ 2-3 years’ experience with Teams, Skype for Business and/Lync _
- _Extensive experience with designing and implementing Teams, including:_
- _ Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans_
- _ Call Flows and auto attendants_
- _ Emergency locations and calling_
- _ Meeting, Live Event and Messaging Policies_
- _ Teams and M365 Group Governance_
- _ Meeting room planning, including setup and devices_
- _ Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts_
- _ Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business_
- _ Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint_
- _ Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements _
- _Face-to-face customer engagement skills_
- _ Excellent written, oral and presentation skills _
- _Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand_
- _ Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team_
- _ Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting_
- _ Microsoft Teams Administrator and/or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired_
- _ security clearance to work on government projects._
**_ Necessary skills:_**
- _ Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management_
- _ Experience in managing large scale transition projects_
- _ Ability and willingness to take direction from CDEs and Client Executives_
- _ Able to adapt to a changing technical environment_
- _ Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise_
- _ Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users_
- _ Ability to work with a sense of urgency_
- _ Customer facing presentation and consulting skills_
- _ Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell_
**_ Certifications:_**
- _ ITIL Foundation (optional), _
- _Certification on O365, MS Teams, Power platform (Optional in case of Good knowledge)_
