**What success looks like in this role**:
**_Description
- **_Requirements _**
- _6 - 10 years’ experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena _
- _6 - 10 years’ experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks _
- _2-3 years’ experience with O365, SharePoint Administration & Teams _
- _Extensive experience with designing and implementing Teams, including: _
- _Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans _
- _Call Flows and auto attendants _
- _Emergency locations and calling _
- _Meeting, Live Event and Messaging Policies _
- _Teams and M365 Group Governance _
- _Meeting room planning, including setup and devices _
- _Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts _
- _Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business _
- _Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint _
- _Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements _
- _Face-to-face customer engagement skills _
- _Excellent written, oral and presentation skills _
- _Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand _
- _Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team _
- _Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting _
- _Microsoft Teams Administrator and/or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired _
- _Hands on exp in developing business process automations using (Nintex, Powerplatform) _

**_Necessary skills: _**
- _Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management _
- _Experience in managing large scale transition projects _
- _Ability and willingness to take direction from CDEs and Client Executives _
- _Able to adapt to a changing technical environment _
- _Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise _
- _Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users _
- _Ability to work with a sense of urgency _
- _Customer facing presentation and consulting skills _
- _Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell _

**_Certifications: _**
- _ITIL Foundation (optional), _
- _Certification on O365, MS Teams, Power platform (Optional in case of Good knowledge) _

- _Resident in Melbourne Australia _
- _NV1 clearance _

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
All except Home Affairs:

- Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years’ experience including relevant technical expertise
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Works independently and receives mínimal guidance
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Home Affairs:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Microsoft PowerShell
- Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V)
- iVanti Application Control
- Symantec Anti-Virus and Endpoint Management
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio)
- Windows 10 and Windows 7
- Security level clearance required FOR EPO (End-point Operations)
- 8 years’ experience preferred in managing and having knowledge of Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) (out of the 8 years’ experience) -Experience in either one or multiple Workplace Services domains.
- Collaboration tools, Systems Management - Software Distribution, Mobility Management, Image and Packaging, End Point Security and latest technologies. -Experience in all Antivirus software and not only on Symantec
