**Description**:
**About the Role**:
This is a great opportunity for passionate Trainer and Assessors to utilise their expert knowledge and passion to deliver CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing. Your collaborative and caring approach will support individuals to complete a qualification where they have the capacity to deliver exceptional care to the community services population to improve lives

Your responsibilities will be primarily to run and support students within a Digital Classroom, mark assessments, third party reports and complete Competency Based Discussions with students within a timely manner, and available for full-time work and commit to specific delivery session times as listed below:
**Monday**: 2 pm - 4 pm and 6 pm - 8 pm
**Tuesday**: 10 am - 12 pm and 6 pm - 8 pm
Mark assessments, third party reports and complete Competency Based Discussions with students when not delivering a session.

**About you**:
You’re a Trainer and Assessor who has a passion for engaging and motivating learners. Your previous experience delivering online programs will see you deliver, guide, add value and experience to the learning process for existing workers within the Ageing sector. Your collaborative and caring approach will support individuals to complete a qualification where they have the capacity to deliver exceptional care to the community services population to improve lives

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Essential Criteria/Requirements**:
Current qualification CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing. *
- If you have not upgraded to the new CHC qualification, CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support - Ageing you MUST be enrolled to complete and able to provide evidence of enrolment.

Industry Currency - Relevant and current industry experience in Ageing (Working in the relevant industry part-time, casual, volunteer) and able to provide evidence.
VET PD which is current.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
Demonstrated experience in the online delivery and assessment of training programs.
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment.
An understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.
Demonstrated experience with VET Quality Framework and understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
High level of interpersonal and communications skills
Proficiency in using learning management systems such as Canvas.
Working with Children Check
Reliable and high-speed internet coverage.
A dedicated home office setup.
