**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for a Trainer Team Leader to join our team to coach, support and motivate our trainers ensuring that both team and individual KPIs are achieved. Reporting into our National Training Manager, you will be an essential part to growing our business and achieving our goals.

**What will I do?**

Leading, coaching, developing and mentoring a team of IT trainers to meet their course delivery and professional development KPIs

Managing trainer development and establishing upskilling pathways that support business requirements in niche and growth areas

Conducting performance evaluations and onboarding and inducting new trainer

Supervising team operations to ensure service delivery standards are exceeded and the student experience is optimised, both within the classroom and via remote delivery

Facilitating business outcomes within both the immediate team and the broader Training Hub, through implementing efficient and effective processes and ensuring timely issue resolution

Working closely with internal key stakeholders, including the Scheduling & Courseware teams, Product Managers, Account Managers and National Training Manager

Being a point of contact for the Sales Hub when seeking guidance on specific opportunities, offering advice and supporting tender responses as required
- Supporting the National Training Manager with special projects as required.

**What have I accomplished?**

Minimum three (3) years’ in a similar role, with corporate training experience highly regarded

Ability to effectively manage a team in a high performing environment

Exceptional organisational skills that reflect an ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

A strong customer service focus and ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization to deliver shared goals

Ability to collaborate, identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation

Effective problem solving and issue resolution skills

Excellent professional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to lead projects and change management within a team

Experience within an end-user and/or process management training environment is an advantage
- Experience working in support of sales functions also an advantage
