The Coffee Machine Service Technician will join Darkstar's growing service technician team and be responsible for maintaining and repairing domestic and commercial coffee machines at various locations across Western Australia. They will ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition and that customer issues or complaints are resolved in a timely and polite manner. The technician will also provide training to customers on proper use and maintenance of the machines, to ensure the longevity of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair domestic and commercial coffee machines.

2. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

3. Respond to service calls in a timely manner.

4. Provide training to customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.

5. Maintain accurate service records and inventory of parts.

6. Communicate with the General Manager regarding any issues or customer complaints.

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in domestic and commercial coffee machine repair and maintenance.

2. Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

3. Good communication and customer service skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

6. Restricted Electrical Licence preferred.

Physical Demands:
1. The job may require long periods of standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

2. Must be able to lift heavy coffee equipment.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
