Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a valuation property student to embark on a path to a career in commercial valuations with in our commercial metro team.

**The Opportunity**:

- A property student (completing an API approved property degree) due to graduate in 2026 and keen to embark on a career in commercial property valuations
- Ensure the timely and accurate collection, qualification and input of sales and leasing information into the Commercial Valuations database
- Assist the valuations team in conducting comparative analysis of deals under negotiation including rental analysis.
- Exposure to various commercial assets (office, retail & industrial), undertaking work for a range of clients including banks and private investors
