- Extensive experience in customer service or sales
- High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
- An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
- Highly developed credit analysis skills
- Sound understanding of small business offerings
- Consumer lending experience - this is essential

**About the role**

The Home Lending Specialist role develops pipelines of lending leads, and nurtures them throughout their buying journey. You’ll use your holistic understanding of your customer’s needs and your credit analysis skills to make sound credit decisions for your customers and for the bank.

This position is located between the **Joondalup and Perth **Bendigo Bank locations (requirement to be at both locations each week)**.**

The role is** full time** with the ability to work from home twice per week.

**The Team**

In our Retail Banking division, our Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, where the SA/WA/NT Centralised Lending Team are responsible for the provision of lending support to the Retail network. It is also responsible for the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve the lending efficiency and capacity to the network.
