McLean Care Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly expanding not-for-profit aged care provider operating across the homecare, residential and independent living sectors in NSW and QLD. Multi-site and multi award winning; we are going places with a passion for innovation and enriching the experiences of those we care for.
Reporting to the Home Care Services Coordinator, we are seeking **Home Carer's **to provide care and assistance to older people in the Dubbo and surrounding communities so they can **live the life they love at home**.
McLean Care proudly provides Residential and Home and Community Aged Care Services to over 1200 people throughout NSW and QLD, and are dedicated to providing care services where local people support local people

Casual and Permanent Part Time positions available.
**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Drivers License - 'C' class with own Insured, reliable vehicle
- Certificate III Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Experience with providing care and assistance to people in the community
**The successful applicant must be an extremely motivated self starter who possesses a passion for helping people, high level communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
