Bayside Christian College is a coeducational Christian school offering Kindergarten through to Year 12. The College is located in Langwarrin South, at the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. **The role**:
The Business Manager’s primary role is to manage and oversee the business and financial administration functions of the College. Reporting directly to the Principal and the Board of Directors, the Business Manager holds a significant Senior Executive position in the College. The Business Manager has the main role of supporting the Principal in managing all areas of business administration, finance, risk management, investment, property, marketing, and facility management and development.

**Key selection criteria**:

- Adherence to and acceptance of the College’s _Statement of Beliefs_ is an essential condition of employment
- Be an active member of the Christian church with a well-developed understanding of the purposes of Christian education
- Have relevant and appropriate tertiary qualifications in a business or management-related field
- Have significant experience working in a similar role, ideally within the education sector
- Have an attitude of a servant leader and demonstrated effectiveness as a team manager
- Demonstrate innovation and flexibility in service of the College
- Be able to establish a good rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders.
