We’re not your average tradies - we’re a young, energetic team delivering high-quality window cleaning, pressure washing, and exterior services with a fun and engaging brand. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to help build our online presence and grow our brand.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive growth across our social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our brand vision
- Create engaging content ideas and posts (photos, reels, stories, videos, graphics)
- Schedule and manage posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Assist in building our brand voice and visual style online
- Respond to comments and messages to maintain strong community engagement
- Monitor analytics to track growth and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with trends to keep content fresh and relevant
- Attend selected jobs to shoot on-site content, capturing our team in action and showcasing our services

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal brands)
- Strong creative skills - photography, video, Canva or design apps
- Good written communication and understanding of brand voice
- Ability to work independently and generate new content ideas
- Marketing or branding knowledge is a bonus but not essential

**Role Details**
- Casual or Part-Time position with flexible hours
- Mostly remote work with occasional on-site visits for content shoots
- Hourly rate negotiable based on experience plus bonuses

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
