Supervisor- Southeast Melbourne

**The Opportunity**:
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supervising the team's on-site activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of safe work practices, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
- Participating in performance reviews to provide feedback and support the professional growth of team members.
- Proactively raising any workplace health and safety (WHS) issues to the State Manager or WHS Advisor for timely resolution.
- Actively participating in scheduled toolbox meetings to discuss safety updates, share insights, and address concerns.
- Conduct regular WHS inspections to identify potential hazards and promptly report findings to relevant stakeholders.

- Certificate in Horticulture and industry experience
- Current and valid manual driver's licence
- Reliable, punctual and hard-working
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Passion for providing high-level customer service
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
