A rare opportunity exists at Investa Property Group. We are looking for a new **Head of Real Estate Services **to be the driving force and thought leadership of a successful property management team. As a people leader you are known for your inspiring and engaging management style and be a champion of cross functional collaboration, leading with authentic and measured manner that builds respect across your team and the wider business. Within this role you will lead the national Real Estate Services (Property Management, Facilities Management and Property Management Accounting) team to provide best in class property management services.. You will ensure high quality and innovative delivery of all strategies, meeting or exceeding all quality, performance and financial targets. As the Head of Real Estate Services you will have a demonstrated experience in property management, have lead a team utilising your thorough knowledge and understanding of commercial property markets/influences and factors affecting those markets in Australia. * Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * - Ensure appropriate property policies, systems and processes are in place leveraging data and technology to unlock value.
