Our client is a proud market leader in plastic recycling with over 30 years of experience in the industry. They specialise in producing resins for the plastic industry as well as manufacturing polyethylene dampcourse, root barrier, slip sheet, cable cover and other sheet extruded products. **THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a Lead Sales Generator to join our client's growing team. This position is a fantastic opportunity for you to grow your skills and to be a pivotal player in driving in new customers, and therefore taking both the business and your career to the next level.

As an integral part of the Business Development & Sales Team, your day-to-day activities will include:

- Getting Results - Make outgoing calls to develop new business
- Use your practiced negotiation and detective skills to get around the front office ‘blocks,’ you want direct contact with the decision makers;
- Lead the HUNT - Research, track, maintain and update leads;
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads;
- Provide accurate and timely information to the BDM; and
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process

**ABOUT YOU**
- 1-2 years' experience in a sales role (Desirable);
- Self-motivated professional with positive attitude;
- Conscientious self-starter with a willingness to contribute to the team's success;
- Well-developed oral communication skills;
- Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail; and
- Reliable transport to travel to Wacol;
