**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a qualified Auto Electrician to perform the role of **Leading Hand **within our Mining Assembly team. The successful incumbent will lead a team of up to 15 technicians who look after the assembly of Komatsu Electric Drive Haul Trucks 830E and 930E’s. This position is the focal point in ensuring that the efforts of all other supporting departments (Electricians, Boiler Makers and Painters) unite to ensure that the department achieves delivery in full on time.

**Roster**:Monday to Friday

**Hourly Rate**:$43 - $47 (depending on experience)** **+ Leading Hand Allowance

**What we are looking for**:

- Trade certificate (Auto Electrician)
- HV switching ticket is highly regarded
- Experience in the assembly of Electric Drive Haul Trucks
- Capable and competent in leading, supervising & mentoring a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proven resilience, drive, and responsiveness in a demanding environment
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
