Gardenia Early Learning Roma St is excited to be seeking Casual Educators to join our team

At Gardenia Early Learning, we believe that every child deserves a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment to grow and learn. We are looking for passionate and dedicated Educators to join our vibrant team and make a positive impact on young lives.

The Role

This is a casual opportunity with varying shifts available each and every weekday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Support the physical care and emotional wellbeing of all children
  • Facilitate learning experiences for your designated group of children
  • Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences

Gardenia Early Learning has opted in to the ECEC Worker Retention Payment scheme, so all of our staff have benefited from a 10% wage increase from December onwards, with another 5% in late 2025. All new staff will commence on the increased rates

Skills and Abilities required

  • Current First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Working Towards Certificate III, Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved equivalent) or working towards
