**About the role**:
As a member of our team, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies such as SCCM, Windows 10, Office 365, Microsoft Security & Compliance, and Microsoft Intune. You will take on the responsibility of producing and reviewing low-level designs across a range of Modern Workplace technologies while also being involved in conducting System Integration Testing to ensure the smooth implementation of configuration changes.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing thought leadership and recommending best practices for client environment customisation and configurations. You will be tasked with producing comprehensive as-built and process level (runbook) documents tailored to meet each client's specific requirements. During pilot and early migration phases, you will provide third-level escalation support to L1-L2 support resources.

**About you**:

- Building Windows 10/11 solutions in enterprise environments using Microsoft Autopilot
- Standing up Device Management infrastructure such as SCCM
- Configuring and deploying Microsoft Intune for Windows and mobile devices
- Configuring and deploying Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Strengthening cyber controls using ACSC Essential 8 control standards
- Any experience in deploying Microsoft 365 solutions highly advantageous
- Any experience with M365 security & compliance and implementation of Advanced Threat Protection capabilities highly advantageous
