**The Opportunity**:
Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in South Melbourne. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

**Important information about the role**:

- Complex Care - You will be supporting customers with complex care requirements which includes ceiling hoist, catheter & bowel care
- Client has a dog, but stays outside when support workers are there.
- Client also has a parking permit that the support workers may use if they drive to shift.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain

**What shifts are we offering?**

WEEK 1:

- Tuesday 9am-1pm and 4pm-7pm
- Wednesday 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm
- Thursday 9am-1pm and 4pm-7pm
- Sunday 9am-12pm

WEEK 2:

- Tuesday 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm
- Wednesday 9am-1pm and 4pm-7pm
- Thursday 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm
- Saturday 9am-12pm
