The transport modelling business incorporates micro/meso/strategic modelling and is developing other complementary services for a range of clients across the region. Although technical skills are beneficial it is important that the successful applicant wants to lead a team. This role is unique in its capacity for short and long term progression for those wishing to manage, lead and guide their team to success.

There is scope for discussion in order to tailor this role to suit your strengths:

- Retaining a highly technical component of your job alongside strong team leadership and mentoring of staff
- Purely leading a team: managing the successful delivery of projects through well-developed communication skills and liaison with your team, other internal staff, stakeholders and government bodies.
