**Location**

Partially based in the Aimsun office in Sydney, combined with remote working and the option of flexible hours.

**Role**

We are seeking transport modelling professionals at all levels to deliver a growing catalogue of projects in the infrastructure, planning and transport technology sectors.

We have full-time positions in our Professional Services team for Transport Modellers, Senior Modellers and Principal Modellers, to be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Adelaide.

You will be part of a highly skilled team, delivering unique transport modelling projects for a range of private and public clients across the globe. You'll also support the development and enhancement of industry-leading transport modelling software.

**Responsibilities**
- Work in a team environment to deliver modelling and services to public and private clients in a timely and resource-efficient manner to a high level of quality
- Work in a cross-functional collaborative environment to the scope and deploy Aimsun Live Decision Support Systems for major cities and highway corridors.
- Assess and provide input into and administer quality management processes
- Develop and review project-based reports and technical specification documentation
- Support Aimsun clients locally and globally
- Work to become a recognised industry-leading expert in modelling and transportation solutions

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Experience with Aimsun transport modelling tools
- At least three years of experience in traffic modelling and transport planning
- Ability to work independently with strong self-management skills
- Strong performance in a collaborative and innovative environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant branch of Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
- Australian citizenship, residency, or work permit

**Ideal Qualifications**
- In-depth understanding of the transport planning and operations industry
- Transport Demand Modelling experience
- Strong problem-solving and innovation skills
- Coding skills in Python and C++
- Project management and leadership skills
- Excellent working relationships
