About the role
Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Architecture, you'll play a key role in bridging business strategy with IT transformation. This position requires a highly skilled technical Business Architect who can assess, design, and refine business processes, information flows, and technology to drive operational efficiency and strategic outcomes.
**As our Business Architecture Manager, you'll also**:
Analyse and Align Business & IT Strategy - Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, ensuring business objectives translate into practical, scalable IT solutions.
Drive Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and governance committees to enable digital transformation, operational efficiency, and innovation.
Lead IT Roadmaps & Governance - Establish and oversee adherence to architectural principles, frameworks, and strategic technology roadmaps that support sustainable growth.
Provide Leadership & Technical Expertise - Guide and mentor the Transformation Analyst, offering expertise in business analysis, process optimisation, and enterprise architecture best practices.
Skills & Experience
Enterprise architecture expertise across business, data, and IT.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable IT solutions.
Experience leading teams and driving digital transformation.
