**Key Duties**
- Responsible for the operational and financial performance of the site
- Administration duties such as rosters, people management, training and learning & development
- Directing and leading the onsite catering team, building solid relationships with staff and clients
- The provision of catering services across this business, maintaining great customer service and satisfaction levels at all times
- Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace
**The Person**
- Industry experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality and/or business management
- Relevant experience within a similar position, retail background highly regarded
- An energetic, creative professional who will remain pragmatic and focused in an ever changing and challenging environment
- A natural leader with a unique approach to education catering; bringing creativity, warmth and professionalism in a friendly upmarket setting
- The ability to foster close and positive working relationships with staff, key clients and customers is essential as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
