**Location**:
**Canberra ACT / Hybrid Role/ Remote**

You will need to have well-developed skills in Identity and Access management areas using either One Identity or a similar toolset built using.Net technology and hosted in the cloud.

**Key duties include**:

- Take the initiative and ownership to undertake problem-solving and demonstrate an understanding of change control and release management procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members, management, and internal and external stakeholders on a range of activities. Develop and maintain a network with others internally and externally, and build relationships with team members, management, and a range of stakeholders.
- Research and develop continuous improvement processes to enhance procedures of current and new work practices. Develop and maintain necessary levels of expertise and take responsibility for sharing knowledge with others and assist them to adapt Lead, change and deal with uncertainty in a positive and flexible manner
- Has a sufficient breadth of expertise to deploy technologies into various environments, verify deployments, and schedule and deliver changes to agreed service levels and release schedules.
- Analyse and interpret existing operating policies to determine the appropriate course of action to meet changing client needs, statutory requirements, or technological demands.
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment; actively participate in team meetings and support the work area and team objectives.
- Undertake research on current IT system practices and investigate and resolve any problems identified by stakeholders.
- Build and sustain relationships and liaise with clients and stakeholders to exchange information and discuss technical or administrative issues to resolve problems or to gain cooperation.
- Maintain effective performance levels and own expertise and share

**Mandatory Skills -**

1. Experience with One Identity and/or other IDAM technologies including IDAM principles and practices.

2. Experience with Developing VB.NET and

/or PowerShell and SQL code.

3. Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server.

4. Experience in Active Directory, MS Exchange, Cloud Technologies,

5. Experience with designing and implementing complex solutions (EG: Software development lifecycle, Agile/DevOps, possible project methodology experience) including analysing business requirements to develop a capability that meets business outcomes.

6. Understand ITIL and change management processes and/or experience in an IT support role (Level 2 or 3 help desk).

7. Proven expertise in writing technical documentation

**Considered Highly advantageous**

1. Experience with PAM technologies (EG: CyberArk or other vendors).

2. Experience with AWS and Azure - understanding architecture or SaaS/IaaS/Paas solutions.

3. Good communication skills with the ability to break down and explain complex technical issues.

4. Ability to gather requirements and provide design artifacts to assist stakeholders in understanding solutions.

5. Experience with Agile management software EG: Microsoft TFS, Jira, Trello etc)
