- Lead our Riverlink and Booval branches in driving strategic growth and delivering personalised financial solutions to our members. We’re seeking a dynamic people leader with strong business development and lending expertise to join us as Area Manager for the Ipswich region.
- As a key leader, your deep industry insight and lending experience will empower you to mentor your team, uncover new opportunities, and deliver member-first financial outcomes.

**About You**
- Ability to showcase your strong business development skills with established relationships in the Ipswich community
- Strong lending experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Personal commitment to and visible role modelling of the organisation’s behaviours and values
- A willingness and passion to get involved in the local community
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management and conflict resolution
