Cleared are currently supporting Defence, who are looking for x 3 ITSM Coordinators based in Canberra.

**Overview**
The Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Coordinator assists in relation to all ITSM functions. In this capacity, the ITSM Coordinator provides immediate ITSM advice to staff with diverse IT roles, but also provides ITSM oversight to the activities of specialist teams.
The role calls on strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying ITSM concepts to multiple audiences, but also multi-disciplinary domain knowledge.
This function ensures the ITSM components of the Joint Collective Training Branch (JCTB) remain a viable host of classified LVC training amid high levels of departmental regulation and dynamic policy. Secondary inputs include accountable capability advice, process enforcement and identifying technical sources of operational risk relating to ITSM functions.
The ITSM Coordinator role may be required to provide team leader functions if this is required the appropriate support and/or training will be provided.

**Essential Criteria**
- ITIL Foundations Certification or higher.
- 5+ years industry IT experience, relevant military experience or combination of the two. Alternatively, a Tertiary Degree or Vocational qualifications in a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex work or outcomes in cross-functional team environments.
- An unrestricted ability to deploy to ADF military installations in support of constructive training events.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with frontline IT staff.
- Ability to conduct themselves in a manner reflective of ADF values.

The ITSM Coordinator:

- Demonstrates a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and rigour.
- Behaves ethically and always acts in the best interests of the Australian Government in the workplace.

- Acts independently to maintain their skills, mentor colleagues and/or proposes innovative workplace solutions for the benefit of JCTB.

**Security Prerequisite**
**You must be an Australian Citizen already holding this clearance to apply.**
